Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
While we strive to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website. We are continually seeking solutions that will bring all areas of our platform to the same level of accessibility.
Video Conversations
For our video conversation features, we are working to implement:
- Captions: Auto-generated captions for video calls (coming soon)
- Transcripts: Text transcripts of recorded conversations
- Visual indicators: Visual cues for audio events and speaker changes
- Adjustable video quality: Options for users with limited bandwidth
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:
- Some third-party content may not meet accessibility standards
- Live video content cannot be captioned in real-time (auto-captions in development)
- Some older content may not meet current accessibility guidelines
We are actively working to address these limitations and improve accessibility across all aspects of our platform.
